GIMP Tutorials Anyone?

For a challenge at Land of Art we're supposed to be making icon or graphics tutorials.
So if you ever wanted to know how I made something in Gimp, please ask, and I'll see if I put can together a tutorial for it.
All my stuff you can find via the tags, except for my calendars from the 2000s which are located here.
